You ship logs and necessary supporting documents to our office by a pre-determined deadline
We audit logs according to your plan agreement
We send violation reports to your safety office by a pre-determined method and deadline
Original logs are returned to your office monthly for storage.

Simply mail or fax us copies of logs from 5 of your drivers for a two week period. We will audit those logs for HOS and Form & Manner violations and return a sample violation report and violation notices to you for review within 7 days of receipt at no cost.
